The Manawatu Golf Club (Hokowhitu) is situated in Palmerston North’s Suburb of Hokowhitu bordering on the banks of the Manawatu River and Palmerston North’s Centennial Lagoon.

The Manawatu Golf Club claims the title as having the oldest golf course in New Zealand. Featuring tree-lined fairways, beautifully manicured fairways, fast rolling greens and over 50 challenging white sand bunkers throughout the Manawatu Golf Club’s parklike course.

The Manawatu Golf Club has a proud history of hosting New Zealands top Professional and Amateur events including 5 NZ Open Championships, 8 NZ Amatuer Championships and various other national championships.
